Tim White

I have more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. I began my career in design but soon transitioned to project management and joined Modus in 1999. Over the years, I progressed quickly through the company and eventually became Managing Director of Modus in 2011. Subsequently, I became the director and shareholder of our parent company, Workplace Futures Group, and in 2019, I took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for the entire group. As part of my broad responsibilities, I provide operational oversight and ensure compliance with industry standards. Despite my extensive role, I always make time to work on client projects where I can contribute my expertise gained from years of experience in the industry.
