With its rigorous building management and quality standards, along with the logistical complexities of moving people and materials through the loading bays and elevators, the process requires meticulous planning.
With Deliveroo’s rapid growth, an office expansion became a necessity. We were thrilled to be part of this project after winning a competitive tender, awarded by Deliveroo’s newly appointed in-house property team.

The challenge was clear: create team squad rooms that offer acoustic isolation for focused work while being flexible enough to open up for greater interaction.
Ladbrokes Coral Group, already a key player in Stratford, expanded further by securing 22,000 sq ft in the former Olympic press building at Here East. We won the competitive pitch with an outstanding design concept, particularly for their innovative integration of “scrum areas” into the office layout.
