Modus Workspace and Korus Announce International Office Design and Fit Out Partnership

A major new force in commercial refurbishment and fit-out has emerged as we joins forces with the multi-national group, Korus, to establish an international office design partnership.

This joint venture will offer combined services across Europe, providing clients with a seamless and unified approach to their international property portfolios.

For the past decade, Modus and Korus have collaborated successfully, and this formal partnership marks the next step in their relationship.

Modus Founder and CEO, Toby Benzecry, expressed his excitement about the partnership: “I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve taken this step with our good friends at Korus. Both Modus and Korus share remarkable similarities: both companies were founded 28 years ago, are still led by their founders, and each has annual sales of approximately £120 million. These shared values and long-term client relationships make this partnership a natural fit.

With 20 offices across Europe and a presence in Asia, Korus offers expansive international coverage, while Modus provides delivery throughout the UK from its head office in London. Both companies have framework agreements with significant multinational businesses, which they are eager to extend under this new partnership.
