Coworking: Web 3 Coworking at Huckletree Jubilee House
Partnering with Huckletree we have delivered a new web 3 focused coworking space at Jubilee House, Oxford Circus. This innovative office space has been thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, playful, and Instagramable, offering a truly immersive experience for occupants.
Spanning the 4th and 5th floors of the building, with a dedicated entrance on Oxford Circus, the Jubilee House serviced office offers a range of amenities for its occupants. The 4th floor serves as the main hub, featuring an informal meeting space, gaming zone, and teapoint breakout area that doubles up as a presentation and events space. The space includes two large enterprise studios, each with their own meeting rooms and teapoints, as well as several smaller studios that utilise the communal facilities.
Upon entering the office, visitors are greeted by colourful arches that take them on a journey through the space. On the left, a dark, reflective gaming cave and on the right, a vibrant teapoint. Dichroic film is used throughout the workspace, designed to reflect the changing light entering the building, the film creates a constantly evolving space that inspires creativity and innovation.
The arches, aptly named “tunnel vision,” lead to the studio spaces, featuring a black ceiling and dichroic film that guides visitors down to an infinity mirror, giving the corridor a never-ending tunnel effect. The studio spaces are designed to be inclusive and playful, with rope lighting juxtaposing against the angular floorplate.
In summary, Huckletree Jubilee House is a unique and immersive coworking space. Its inclusive design, playful atmosphere, and Instagramable features set it apart from traditional office spaces. With its collaborative design process, colourful arches, unique dichroic film, and inclusive studio spaces, the Jubilee House coworking space provides an unparalleled experience for its occupants, inspiring creativity, and productivity in a truly innovative environment.
