Meet Capital.com, a high-growth FinTech firm committed to making the world’s financial markets accessible to everyone. We teamed up with Capital.com to reimagine, design and build the ultimate, future-facing, and technologically elaborate workspace located in the heart of St James’s. 

Their new headquarters, located on the 2nd Floor, West Podium at The Broadway, is in a BREEAM Excellent-rated building chosen specifically for its strong green credentials. As a certified B Corporation, we shared Capital.com’s vision for an environmentally conscious fit-out, reflected in the SKA Gold rating—the highest standard for sustainability.

Capital.com's reception area has a curved desk, overhead greenery, and a blend of natural and tech-driven design elements, offering employees and visitors a welcoming and innovative environment.

The arrival experience sets the tone for the entire workspace. A C-shaped screen, seamlessly integrated into the ceiling, wraps around a central point, displaying dynamic media and flickering lights that mimic live data. This interaction with technology flows throughout the workplace.

Curved glass walls guide visitors on an immersive journey, playing off the floor’s unique angular layout with smooth curves and reflective surfaces. The result is a fluid and connected space, much like the relationship between technology and financial services.

The state-of-the-art metaverse room is a standout feature, designed to intrigue with its futuristic style. Inspired by the E-Gaming world, an immersive gaming zone takes centre stage with its bold black finish and neon lighting.

Capital.com's open-plan workspace integrates greenery with contemporary workstations and sleek glazing meeting rooms, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for collaboration and productivity while allowing natural light to flow through.
