British retailer of Swiss watches, Watches of Switzerland Group were relocating their headquarters to Leicester. In collaboration with Quadrant Design and Platfform we brought an ambitious vision to life.

Project in brief:

  • Created an impressive headquarters that resonates with the brand’s identity and nurtures its most valuable asset – its employees.
  • Developed a nature-inspired design theme, embracing biophilia and wellbeing.
  • A neutral workspace allowing various brand identities to blend in whilst maintaining their uniqueness.

A bold transformation

The Watches of Switzerland Group headquarters project required an adaptable space that could evolve with changing trends while remaining inclusive and comfortable for the company’s long-serving employees. As a hub for multiple brands, the headquarters needed neutral spaces that could seamlessly integrate different brand identities while allowing each to maintain its unique character.

Nature-inspired design

The design drew inspiration from nature, with each floor representing earth, landscape, and sky. Breakout spaces provided a luxurious, hospitality-driven lounge experience, combining comfort and productivity. Prioritising employee well-being, the space integrated biophilia. The Watches of Switzerland Group Carlton Park Project represents a successful office relocation and design project that honours the past and welcomes the future.

"Coming out of Covid, we had to find somewhere big and luxurious enough to ensure all of our colleagues could be seated and work together, as well as being in an environment which is reflective of who we are - a retailer of luxury products. We were very lucky to find Carlton Park, being only 15 minutes from our old office, which was a key factor of staying in Leicester to ensure everybody could commute"
