We delivered a full refurbishment of Spaces Peter House, transforming a post-war building in Manchester’s main square into a vibrant coworking hub that blends modern design with historic character.

A Unique Work Environment

The design features dark bespoke joinery, rich wood accents, and exposed concrete beams, creating a warm yet industrial atmosphere. A striking black mesh balustrade on the staircase adds a contemporary touch, complemented by pops of colour throughout the space to balance the warm wood tones.
