Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory firm, partnered with us to redesign and refurbish their London office in Green Park. The brief was to create a bright, open workspace that accommodates their growing team while integrating a feature staircase to connect two floors.

A Space for Growth and Collaboration

We enhanced the space by relocating private meeting rooms away from the windows to bring in more natural light. The open-plan design introduces various work zones, including focus rooms, collaboration areas, and client meeting rooms, improving workflow. The aluminium and wood feature staircase adds a modern touch and serves as a central design element connecting the floors.

The completed office provides a vibrant, efficient environment that supports Russell Reynolds Associates growth and positions them as a leader in the industry.
