Nomad Foods wanted a space where the energy of a commercial kitchen merges with the comfort of home. We helped them create a space that unites their team, reflects their passion for food, and embodies their core values, resulting in a workspace that brings people together.

Project in brief:

  • An interconnecting staircase across two floors.
  • Carpets crafted from recycled fishnets.
  • Commercial kitchen studio for food trials and events.

Sustainability woven into every detail

The acoustic panels, made from recycled plastic bottles, and carpets, crafted from repurposed marine materials, reflect Nomad’s commitment to ocean conservation. Every design choice honours the company’s core values of food, sustainability, and marine conservation.

Culinary passion at the heart

The design’s heart is a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen studio where food trials, training sessions, and events come to life. A dedicated “foodies” teapoint with an integrated herb garden and pendant lights made from food waste spills into open town halls, seating, and lounge areas—blurring the lines between work, relaxation, and collaboration.

From the kitchen to the meeting spaces, every corner of Nomad’s headquarters reflects their passion for food, innovation, and sustainability, creating a workspace as vibrant and dynamic as the people who use it.
