Modus to Deliver New HQ for The Watches of Switzerland

We’re excited to share that we’re delivering the CAT A and CAT B fit-out for The Watches of Switzerland Group’s new 75,000 sq ft headquarters at Carlton Park, Leicester.

Quadrant Design has done an outstanding job developing the concept and space plans, and now our team at Modus is ready to bring this vision to life.

The project will include installing new MEP services, a new washroom design, and all interior finishes, including extensive joinery. We’re also integrating electric car charging in the staff car park, supporting key elements of the client’s ESG policy.

We’re collaborating with our sister company, Platfform, to deliver a complete furniture package contributing to a contemporary, flexible workplace.

The project starts on-site in September and will be completed in Spring 2023.
